Information Regarding Use Of School Facilities

The reopening plans for the State require that school districts ensure that all social distancing and safety precautions, including cleaning and making sanitization available, remain that of the district when it chooses to open its facilities (either indoors or out). Mount Sinai does not have the staff or the funds to provide for outside use of its facilities and be in compliance with the COVID health restrictions and requirements. Facilities and premise use will not be available to anyone other than students participating in school district activities or sports if and when we are permitted to conduct these activities. School District premises are not a public park. The District facilities will not be open for community use By Order of the Board of Education.
