Mount Sinai will be offering the Seal of Biliteracy for the 2023-2024 school year.

Seniors that submitted their Official Application will be notified shortly and invited to join the Mount Sinai Seal of Biliteracy Google Classroom for more information.
ATTENTION Current JUNIORS:
In the coming weeks, guidance counselors will meet with members of the junior class to review their course selection options for senior year. At this meeting they will be given information about the NYS Seal of Biliteracy.
On Monday, January 22, 2024 letters were also mailed home to all families of current juniors. Copies of these letters are also available here:

If you are interested in pursuing the NYS Seal of Biliteracy upon graduation, you must inform the committee of your interest by completing this form:
Class of 2025 - Initial New York State Seal of Biliteracy (NYSSB) Interest Form no later than Friday, February 9, 2024.
Following the initial intake form completion, the committee will review all initial applications. In the Fall of 2024, potential candidates will be contacted and will be asked to complete an official application.
